Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to the photos and videos you make at a shorterstuck booth.

What we keep

The photos and short videos from your session, and the session code on your print. Payment is handled by your bank through PromptPay — we never see or store your card or bank details. Face detection runs on the machine only to help with framing and is never stored.

Where it is stored

Your files are stored on secure servers outside Thailand. Downloading or sharing sends them over the internet.

How long we keep it

Everything is kept for 7 days, then permanently deleted. You can delete it sooner from your photo page at any time — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

The map on our home page

The map of our locations is Longdo Map, by Metamedia Technology in Bangkok. It loads only when you tap "Show map"; from then on Longdo receives your connection details, under its own privacy policy. We add nothing about you.

No accounts
